1) Entry allowed up to 15 minutes after the selected time slot.
2) Entry with a valid ID only.
3) Entry through Gate 2 & 3.
4) Parking is available at Bus Bay 3 & 4 / Adjoining Ground.
5) Re-entry is not allowed.
6) Physical food coupons will be issued at the venue; additional coupons can be purchased on-site.
7) Workshop timings are fixed, and seats are available only on a pre-selection basis.
8) Refunds & cancellations are not available.
9) Date & time changes are not permitted.
10) The carnival is for children aged 4-16 years and parents.
11) Some science experiments involve chemicals. Parents are strongly advised to supervise their children, especially younger ones.
