About This Event

Data Power 2024 

The 5th International Data Power Conference will be held between September 4 and September 6, 2024 and will be co-located at the University of Graz and IIIT-Bangalore. This is the registration page for those of you who would like to attend the conference in Bangalore, India, or online. For those attending in person in Bangalore, the conference fee will cover coffee breaks, lunch, and a non-refundable service fee (10%). 

Conference Fee categories to attend Data Power: You may choose to register with full, community, or reduced conference fees, all of which are described below.

• Conference Fee (Full): Standard fee for participants with institutional affiliation.
• Conference Fee (Community): By paying the community fee you fund the conference participation of a person without institutional affiliation. For more information please contact the organizers (citapp@iiitb.ac.in with the subject line Data Power 2024).
• Conference Fee (Reduced): Presenters and attendees of the Doctoral Colloquium in precarious employment or without institutional funding. We would ask you to provide appropriate proof (e.g. confirmation of enrollment or explanation of situation) by sending it to the conference email (citapp@iiitb.ac.in with the subject line Data Power 2024) after registering. Should these fees present a barrier to attendance please reach out and we will try to accommodate your situation.

Conference Fees to attend in Bangalore or Online: How and how much you will pay as conference fees will depend on where you reside; please proceed to buy your tickets and register accordingly from the panel on the panel.

If you are a resident of India, these are your options:

• Conference Fee (Full): INR 1800
• Conference Fee (Community): INR 3600
• Conference Fee (Reduced): INR 600

If you are resident of a Low-Income or Lower-Middle Income country other than India, these are your options:

• Conference Fee (Full): 20€
• Conference Fee (Community): 40€
• Conference Fee (Reduced): 7€

If you reside somewhere other than the countries covered above, these are your options:

• Conference Fee (Full): 150€
• Conference Fee (Community):  300€
• Conference Fee (Reduced): 50€
